I lead the Planning Department at Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan. Previously, I headed the IT Infrastructure and Digital Banking departments there. I combine top-level management experience with hands-on IT architect expertise.

Developed a flexible low-code web platform for business process automation from scratch. It allows non-technical administrators to dynamically create database tables, customize analytical dashboards with charts, manage role-based access control, and review audit trails.

Head of Planning Department — Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan
Supervising IT, digital banking, financial planning, and collateral valuation departments. Managed the full cycle of SWIFT ISO20022 implementation and integration with the National Payment System (NPS). Projects successfully launched and received recognition from the HQ in South Korea.
Head of Digital Banking Department — Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan
Directed the operations and modernization of online & mobile banking, card services, and processing. Integrated new VISA APIs and improved the corporate website.
Head of IT Department — Shinhan Bank Kazakhstan
Managed the bank’s entire IT infrastructure. Relocated the Disaster Recovery (DR) center without business interruption, ensuring high availability. Developed a custom QR-based asset tracking portal and automated HR and procurement workflows.
Head of Development — TOO "{dibs}"
Developed internal portals and HelpDesk applications. Integrated them with video surveillance and analytics systems (Orion PRO, Trassir).
Head of IT Departments — M-Lombard / MK-Zoloto Lombard
Implemented Service Desk tools, automated routine operations, designed analytical reports in QlikView, and administered ERP systems based on 1C.
